Church Service Hub Giving is purpose-built for churches and Christian ministries. Find a church, choose a fund and an amount, and a tax-deductible receipt reaches you the moment the gift clears. Giving once takes a name and an email address — an account is for giving regularly.
The giving flow
From church to receipt in four steps
Find the church
Search by name, city, state, or ZIP. Any church or ministry on Church Service Hub can receive a gift — a home church, a missions trip, a sister congregation — and you do not have to belong to one to give to it.
Choose your gift
Pick the fund the church set up — Tithe, General Offering, Building, Missions, whatever they are collecting for — and an amount. Give once, or weekly, every two weeks, or monthly. You can also give anonymously: the church sees the gift and not your name against it.
Give, and get your receipt
Giving once takes a name and an email address — no account. Add a card or link a bank account; your details are tokenized end-to-end by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor, so what we keep on file is a secure token and never the account number. A tax-deductible receipt reaches you as soon as the gift clears.
Keep an account, if you want one
An account is for what outlasts a single gift: recurring gifts you can pause or stop yourself, saved payment methods, your giving history, and a year-end statement. Recurring giving needs one for that reason — a standing gift you cannot see or stop is not one worth setting up. You choose how you relate to the church as you go: as a guest, which is immediate, or by requesting membership, which church leadership approves.

Funds go directly to your church
Gifts settle into the receiving church's own connected account on the payout schedule the church has configured with our processor. No pooled holding, no opaque float — what you give is what your church receives.
Optional fee coverage
On the review step you can add the processing fee on top, so the church receives the whole of what you meant to give. It starts on because most donors choose it, and one tap turns it off - the amount you entered is what leaves your account either way.
Real recurring controls
Weekly, every two weeks, or monthly. Pause for a season, resume when you are ready, or stop it outright - from your own account, without asking anyone. That is why a recurring gift asks you to sign in and a one-time gift does not.
IRS-ready statements
Each gift triggers an instant emailed receipt with the church's information. Year-end giving statements are downloadable as a single PDF — drop it straight into your tax filing.
Built on the same compliance standards your bank uses
PCI-DSS compliant payment processing, AES-256 encryption in transit and at rest, and tokenized card and bank details so the raw account number is never stored. Every donation is itemized for the receiving church and visible to you in your account history at any time.
